The COS product suite is the heart of your FTTH build-out and operations and therefore a big number of users from multiple entities with varying roles can work in it. Therefore, the platform has multiple admin interfaces with multiple user profiles with access to tailored data and functionality. Administration, reporting, and billing are highly automated.

The reporting functionality is extensive, allowing you to use templates, data analysis tools, or import data from other sources.

Reports that can be exported in different formats and in the COS Insight module, your data is presented graphically, which is extremely powerful in the initial survey phases to explain the current broadband availability, competitor, and customer insights.
