Interview with Daniella Edelsvärd

Meet Daniella Edelsvärd, our newest team member. Daniella has many years of experience in the tech industry and knows all about digitalizing, optimizing, and managing processes. From now on, she will put her experience to use in our Customer Success Team and support customers on their journey from onboarding to billing their subscribers.
Tell us a little bit about yourself – who are you and what is your background?
I have vast experience in the high-tech sector. I’ve been working at several global companies helping customers simplify and improve their processes through digitalization.
What caught your interest in COS Systems?
I was amazed by COS‘ products and their client-focused solutions. And how a company from northern Sweden can improve the digital infrastructure on a global scale.
What are your goals for the coming months?
Learn as much as possible about the software and get to know our customers and all my colleagues of course.
